Poptroica Adventures: Coming Soon!

There is a lot of new information coming out about the new Poptrpoica video game "Poptropica Adventures" on the Nintendo DS. The words of Jeff Kinney are "We're excited to bring the world of Poptropica to the Nintendo DS. We've picked three of our most popular Islands and given them a twist with exciting new challenges and storylines. We think kids will have fun exploring our world in an experience only the Nintendo DS can deliver!" The game will feature Mythology, Super Power, and Astro-Knihgts Islands like we have never seen them before. What will be going doen in these new adventures different than what we have allready seen, or will it be the same, just on a new format? It appears that we must buy it to find out! If that isnt enough ensentive to get the game there is also something else!

These two new costumes' names have not yet been reveled, but I allready want them. One appears to be a Lighning Warrior and the other some sort of Medusa Surfer Costume! Do you plan on buying the game or are the costumes not enough to convince you?

Also be on the lookout for season two of contests! This season the Scavenger Hunts will be harder and the Suits will be even wackier, so stay tuned to see when the contests begin for your chance to be our featured winner!

• Super Villain Island

This week Super Villain Island was released to everyone! Do you dare venture into the minds of the dastardly villains of Erewhon Prison? Can you take on the evil Dr. Jupiter Zeus? If you ever get stuck on anything, remember to go on to our Island Guide Page to find Guides, a Map, and the info page.

• Charlie and The Chocolate Factory Island

The info page for the new island has been relesed along with all of the goodies that go along with it!

 "After years of silence, Willy Wonka's magical chocolate factory is re-opening, and you've got a Golden Ticket. But when a group of misbehaving kids threaten to destroy Wonka's candy creations, he needs you to save the day. Prepare to untangle a confectionary conundrum that's full of sweet treats and sticky situations!"

So it appears that the we will be finding the last golden ticket! On the info page you can find four preview photos, a printable poster, a wall paper, and a link to the book and original movie!

As it is every Halloween, all of the monster costumes, Frankenstein, Ware-wolf, Swap Monster, Vapmpire, Haunted House, etc. are all moved to the front of the store, but this year there is a new spooky costume in town!
In my opinion, this suit is much better then the old skeleton suit that was obtainable through winning Haunted House. This looks much more like a real skeleton on the body because of the depth. You can see the spine behind the ribs! How cool is that! The only When you press "I'm a skeleton", you are turned into that skeleton you see at the left. But be warned! You don't customize this! When you press "I'm a skeleton", you are instantly wearing that entire suit. So if you have an awesome costume on, it will be gone. When you press "I see skeleons" everyone on the screen, including you, becomes a skeleton!

Congratulations to Poptropica for having over a half billion different characters created!

500,000,000 Poptropicans and counting!

It's been a year of milestones for Poptropica. 5 years, 30 Islands, and now this: 500,000,000 characters created.

If Poptropica were a country, it would be the third biggest in the world. Thank you to everyone who is a part of Poptropica!
